The Story

Born in the kitchen of an area country club, to become the renowned salsa of Rick's Cafe. Ricky's creativity and menu items have contributed to local cuisine for nearly two decades. Continued culinary education and an alignment with farmers and passionate foodies evolved into Missouri Artisan Foods: a platform from which we combine flavors, ideas, and talents.
